That link above is me. Listen to everyone's advice and do your best not to send mixed signals. I find myself slipping and letting him play fight my hands, even though it hurts, just because it makes me laugh to watch him. The more consistent I've been about walking out of the room, the better he's been. Also, I got him a stuffed animal that is roughly his weight and size, which he wrestles with for at least an hour a day.

It's interesting to watch him internalize the lesson, he'll pounce on and wrap around my wrist like he always has but recently he's paused and stopped himself before he bites me. He gets this really confused look, and before he can change his mind I give him the stuffed animal, and he digs in. He still grabs my ankles or wakes me up by biting my wrist from time to time, but the progress is immense.

Lol. Thats a kitten for you. Try using a stuffed animal to play with him so in the future he wont be biting and scratching limbs.

So since I picked up this kitten last week(btw we named him luck..haha)he's been pretty attached to me because of course i saved him. I was the one that bottle fed him and I think he thinks i'm his mother, because he only sleeps on me. We took him to the vet the day after we found him, and the vet said he was probably 4 weeks, now probably 5. We got him weaned on we kitten chow, but the main thin that bothers me is he likes to play alot(which i don't mind, i know he will) but he continues to bite and scrach my hand up contstantly..obviously he's trying to just play but of course it hurts, especially with BABY teeth. So my question is, how do i discipline him,say loudly ouch which he normally responds to but not always. I know its normally for them to do this but obviously there's a limit. So what should i do?
