The "seat" part is a removable carrier, that basically fits in the stroller frame... it can be used as a carrier by itself, or on the frame as a stroller. It's got secure mesh sides that zip, so she stays in, but can see out, and it's roomy - you could probably stroll two cats (if they were best friends and like to sleep together)..... ... I have seen them at Petsmart or Petco type of stores, but they are expensive - around $150-$200, however, my Son (21 genius that he is) found this one brand new on Ebay, and won the bid for $30!!! it was in the package, never been opened!... He gave it to me for Mother's day, I love it!! and so does Abby!
