There was internet at the hotel BUT they wanted to charge (are you sitting down???) 10 - 20 Euros AN HOUR! And you had to use the whole hour at once, you couldn't say I'll have 10 minutes a day. I didn't have time to drop into internet cafes during the day and I didn't want to carry my laptop around with me all the time to find the free hotspots available all over Berlin. I DO however believe that spay/neutering is of upmost importance because these felines are little birthing machines that has led to millions of ferals all around the world. We adopted four feral sibblings and had them all spayed and neutered by 4 months of age. They're 2 yrs. old now and are all healthy, spunky and are not out fighting over mating rites or over populating the area with unwanted kittens.
