With my second pregnancy (which presented problems throughout) I lost a few lbs. due to the diet I was given and yet I still needed to tighten my tummy muscles after such a stretching. This photo in this magazine is a true representation of real women...but I'm sure it will never become the norm for magazine modeling. I think it's nice to see a photo of a woman who is not stick-thin...and it certainly is nice for teen-aged girls to see. She looks healthy and vibrant. Jadete, I doubt that exercising would make much of a difference...she is slightly plump. She very well could have a six-pack underneath her layer of fat. But only weight loss would make her stomach flat.
