MC, I am getting worried about little Wilma. I pray that it is just a furball but this seems to have been going on for a long time, she has spit up a lot and it sounds as if she is in pain, since her behaviour to you has changed. I know you will get her to the vet as soon as you can. {{{HUGS}}}

Poor Wilma! They always get sick on weekends, you know. Just a thought, since you mentioned that she does chew on things - could she possibly have chewed on an electrical cord? I hope it is just a big old furball working its way up. (Yuck)

IF this is a furball I have never seen one like this! Feral, have you had the experience where they throw up frothy foamy stuff for a day or so and they out pops a furball!

MC...If you could get a good solid smear of the furball meds on one paw & then back away from her. And I know...sometimes when they're trying to bring something up,it does look as tho it's squeezing the life out of them. My Binky does that. It will look like his entire tongue is out of his mouth. Poor fella. Some kits get scared from the whole ordeal upping a furball because they don't understand it. Binky will sometimes panic & run from me.
So.some of Wilmas reactions sounds pretty normal if it's a furball.
I do hope she settles down & lets you get hold of her.

FF is at a U2 Concert tonite with the guys from the firehouse. I just found her sleeping on a shelf in the basement on an old pillow I had put there for them so they can watch me do laundry. I am gonna go hang out in the basement and see if she warms up to me. I have my baby food and pedialyte ready to go. Problem is Betty thinks its for her! LOL IF Wilma eats Betty can have a taste too! Thanks for all your well wishes and support. I really am lost because I see how Betty is suffering and that is tearing me apart. She needs her Wilma!

MC.... I know the feeling and what you are going through. Earlier this week one of mine went into the foamy barf episodes. It was awful.... My husband said "I think he is dying". I went and bought the pedialyte and the all meat baby food. One jar of the all meat mixed with the pedialyte seemed to do the trick. Luckily I did not have to force feed, and he ate on his own. I have had to force feed this kitty on several occasions, which I'm sure saved his life, a/o extended it. Would there be any to way to catch Wilma, wrap her in burrito style in a towel, and syringe some pedialyte mixed w/ baby food? It is not a pleasant experience for all involved. But maybe some sustenance to get Wilma through the night until a vet visit tomorrow.

MC, if you're that worried you will just have to grit your teeth and corner her to catch her. It's for her own good so it can't be bad for her. You may feel cruel doing it but really you know you aren't, it's because you love her that you must catch her. Are you able to get her to a vet or after hours vet tonight as I see it is early evening there now.

MC, I sure wish Wilma would let you help her. As said, typical cat. It stinks that cats can't tell us what's wrong and that they don't understand we want to get near them to help them feel better. Leela just came home and she's still worried about her good friend. She held Betty's paw for a long time. Then Betty wanted to stay close to her mama so Leela left, saying she would be back in a flash if she needed her.
Wilma, please let mama help you.

I am afraid my dear Wilma may have taken a turn for the worse. She won't eat, drink, take her medicine or let me/Betty near her. She is hiding. When I enter the same room as her she slides across her tummy on the floor making a growl/hiss sound with her eyes as big as saucers. It breaks my heart she doesn't want me near her, I just want to help. Please pray for Miss Wilma if you have a quick moment. Thanks
