Then I make my grocery list and put everything in the proper category (ie "vegetable"; "meat"; "dairy"). That way I know that I have what I'll need to make the meals that I have planned. If I go without a list I come home with bags of stuff, but it's usually not the stuff that I need!</p> <p>I wish that I knew what a 3 year old would eat, but I'm totally inexperienced there. Mac n' cheese? </p>
