I hope the fact you haven't posted again isn't bad news, Smitten.

Hmmm, 6 weeks is very young. Do you know what dewormer your vet gave him? And if he was given the smallest dose? Some kittens are sensitive to the deworming drugs. It could also be that he had some worms, and the drug made him throw them up (you wouldn't necessarily see them in the vomit). You need to keep him warm, and hydrated. Can you get a baby syringe or a dropper in a pharmacy and give him tiny drops of his kitty milk, but carefully, so he doesn't aspirate fluid. Drop the liquid in the side, towards the back, but very gently, allowing his swallow reflex to kick in - don't squirt suddenly or he may breathe it in. The bath and the dewormer may have all been a lot of stress for a tiny body, so he needs some quiet, warm place to rest, and you must keep his fluids up. Do you have any kitten formula? This would give him nutrition as well as fluid. Some others will come on this thread to advise also. He will probably recover if you follow these steps.

Please help. My 6 wk old kitten spit up what looks like the kitty milk he had 3 hrs. earlier. He hasn't eaten anything else today. Had him to vet today...was dewormed. And I bathed him and de-flea-d with a comb. He seems SOOO tired now. Could he just be worn out or could the deworming have made him vomit? I'm so worried and I don't have the $$ to take him now again. HELP!
