Does the neighbor not know that Madonna is a singer and dancer who has been polishing and honing her craft for close to thirty years now? Dancers have to practice to keep in top form. If the acoustics were so bad (in Central Park West? Seriously? With the 3000-a-month rents?) in the apartment building, ask the super to fix the floors and the ceilings so the noise will be buffered.
