I think it is important with any break in the skin to watch it, make sure it is not swelling or getting red streaks running from it and that you are not getting a fever. It sounds like you've done everything you should to avoid infection. He meows by my leg and i prepare for him to jump onto my lap (he loves sleeping there) anyways, he only gets 2 of his paws onto my shorts and begins to slip<br /> He deploys his rear claws...on my leg... Its about an 8 cm cut in length. It did bleed but .. I applied antiseptic/washed it/pressured it. Hes had all his shots and im up to date on tetanus. Should i be concerned? </p>
