So many people are finding themselves barely able to care for themselves and if something happens to the family pet during times like these they normally get passed by. Well here Dee has given us all the information needed to apply for assistance, this link has the requirements as well as the application for the grants. I don't know how many times I've seen a post asking for advise about a sick animal because they don't have the money for the vet.
