The swimming pool was put in for an Ethel Merman movie--the hotel sure doesn't need a swimming pool because even in July it is colder than crap! I stayed in the room next to the honeymoon suite. The honeymoon suite is on the end of the hotel, looking over the pool. My chaperone and her husband ended up in that suite! Our high school went every year for forensic competition in May. After 4pm you must be in formal wear to be out of your room. It was so much fun!
