&#60;p&#62;while i'm not working:&#60;br /&#62;
1) keep regular appointments with doctors&#60;br /&#62;
2) get a good night's sleep (nonstop 11 pm to 7 am) every night&#60;br /&#62;
3) lower my A1C with diet (eat healthy)&#60;br /&#62;
4) exercise every day (also lowers A1C)&#60;br /&#62;
5) increase self esteem by reading, living life, writing in journal, etc.&#60;br /&#62;
6) get rid of everything in my life that does not work&#60;br /&#62;
7) reduce stress as much as possible&#60;br /&#62;
8) keep apartment clean, laundry done, dishes done&#60;br /&#62;
9) spend as little money as possible&#60;br /&#62;
10) have an agenda for every day and follow it&#60;br /&#62;
11) get out at least once every 2 days&#60;br /&#62;
12) limit caffeine intake, soda comsumption, spend less on soda&#60;br /&#62;
12) have some fun&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;i'm actually doing well on most of these. if i slip up, i don't berate myself, i just try to do better...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;i'm trying to be the best person i can be...
