Not only would the animals be guaranteed decent treatment, but people might fall in love with a pet on camera who might never have gone into the shelter. It would also make it easier to find out if a missing pet was at a particular shelter. </p> <p>It wouldn't have to cost very much after the initial purchase of the camera's.
