They only give two per visit and we stayed a few minutes just to be sure she was okay, but I couldn't remember if the sleeping was normal. It's best not to give multiple vaccinations at once as they can be harder on cats. If she's still just sleeping after 12 - 15 hours, then you might want to call the vet. That happened to one of my cats once, after he'd been given a multiple vaccine. Since we got home she's just slept and done nothing else, is that normal.
