<description>&#60;p&#62;I agree FH!  I see both sides too, but I believe this is one of the more wise pieces of legislation in a long time.  It's purpose is to keep a lid on H1N1 and other public health risks.  I too am lucky and have sick pay.

&#60;p&#62;I can understand both sides of this issue.  On one hand, I'd feel sorry for the small business owner who might already be struggling to pay the one person w/is working.  And, I think a lot of workers would take advantage of this.  Would it cover a cold, too?  But, if there's a requirement that one has a doctor's note, maybe that person doesn't have health insurance and can't afford to go to the doctor?  On the other hand, I don't want to be around sick people and I'd love for them to stay home.  This includes sick kids who are sent to school just because their parents don't have child care. I can definitely understand the dilemma on this.  All I can say is, &#34;Wow!&#34;.  I'd hate to have to decide on this one.
