He's a wonderful stray dog, but one of the worst neglect cases seen in the metro area (where the pet survived &#38; recovered). He appears to be some sort of yellow lab mix, found at nearly a year of age. He was found to be wearing a puppy collar, deeply embedded in his neck.</p> <p>The good news is that Wally's come through surgery just fine, and a foster home and then a forever home are being sought for him. If you want to contribute to help Wally or help reduce other pet neglect, the group is accepting donations.</p> <p>www dot snkc dot</p> <p>(Please, do not click on the photos unless you have a strong stomach.
