I think adjustment to the formula is hard on the little ones. Your vet can give you good advice. I honestly started using goats milk instead of straight formula because I was given that advice from a breeder, but it can be bad to switch formulas. This was my first experience with a tiny baby, so I may not be the best person to ask. She is started to want to lightly wrestle, and that is the cutest thing. Her poop is still runny, but she seems hydrated. Her bottom was pretty raw, but I read some suggestions here, and now she seems back to normal. Do you guys think she is about 2.5 or 3 weeks? Send it in to Kittenmaster and he might post it on the front page. That way everyone will see her furry cuteness.</p> <p>Sucking on your hand won't hurt her, it's like a pacifier for her. We've have people whose orphans suckled on their hair or ears or another kitten. Your hand is one of the least inconvenient places I've heard of. If she doesn't have a little stuffed animal to cuddle with, get her one. I am officially, proudly, a crazy cat lady. LOL* My tabby boy is the most hilarious cat I have ever owned. Very mischievous. This is cat #6 for me. I live in a town full of abandoned, feral cats, so five of mine are rescues. I didn't have the heart to turn this one away. She won me over in .02 seconds. My ten year old was four weeks when I took him home, and he is a huge, 20 pound monster. He is not fat- just a big cat. I have never had a kitty that small before, so I immediately called my vet for advice and started doing internet searches. She has had a rough go of it adjusting to formula, and I have made mistakes, but after reading the advice and experiences here, she is doing much better. I have been a nervous wreck worrying I'd do something wrong, and I am very attached to her. We named her Pounce.
