I know that they are having problems down in Mexico with them dying, supposed to be like 20% that possibly died off due to the drought :( Wish that it would rain some more here, we got some but not enough to make a difference. There are so many on the swan plant they feed on that they are eating through the leaf they are hanging on and end up falling into the garden. I have to check several times a day for them and put them back on the plant.<br /> HRH is curled up beside me, contented with a tummy full of fish and beef. I first made the 'mistake' of putting 'bug be gone' in Abby's 'moat' (the water that surrounds her bowls so ants won't get in them)............ well, she HATED that, and couldn't go near her dishes, so she cried the entire day of Wednesday................ ok, so I cleaned that up, and gave her crunchies ( a new bag I just bought from Walmart ).......... gave Cuddles some too, it was her lunch time................ well, NEITHER of my girls touched their crunchies! both of them meowed loudly all day, and particularlly Abby - who followed me around wanting to 'discuss' the matter all day............ I was stumped - ok, so Abbs was 'mad' because of the bug-be-gone incident, but Cuddles?....... It's on Greenwood Lake, which runs from New Jersey into New York state, about 15 minutes from home. Looks like a dive, but the food was fantastic and it was scenic on the lake. We got there early before they got busy and the chef came out and visited. The clam chowder was awesome - had more clams than potatoes - a good sign. I told the waitress that if it wasn't bad manners, I would have licked the bowl! Had linguini with shrimp and crab with tomatoes and basil - brought half of it home. I'm usually a dessert-to-go girl, but when she said creme brule, I was toast. It was served with a strawberry, nice touch. Sipped on malibu bay breezes. The prices were very reasonable, I'm thinking it might be off season pricing.</p> <p>So now I officially can't move! Drinks are chilled, fans are blowing and kits are waiting to play with you. Russian Blues are hosting tonight and want you to relax. Come have a seat, put up your feet and enjoy!</p> <p>Hope your evening goes well. I will be relaxing with Betty and Wilma (probably dozing off) as they put Puss-n-Boots in the DVD player for me.
