If I want peanut butter crispies, I just use the original recipe and add 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter. If anybody wants the recipes, I'll post it for you. I do that too. I eat small servings of sweets on occassion, nobody believes me. I'd rather eat a small bite than gorge on a whole bag of something. I do that with Hershey's kisses, a few is better than none! Can you have diet puddings? Jello makes a great sugar-free cheesecake pudding without all the calories. It makes a great cheesecake too. I am a diabetic too, have been all my life for 43 years. The way I bake my cakes I can have a slice for supper. I find if I don't have a small piece, my blood sugar gets low before time to eat again!
