I am speaking only from personal experience from when my boys were young. I was married at that time, and my (now ex) husband could barely handle a 4 day weekend of me being gone. And the kids were in school most of that time. This will be the FIRST time he has ever had the kids for more than two weeks in the boys entire lives. So I am very scared that when I inform him that I HAVE to move due to a divorce from my current husband he(the ex) is going to try and keep the boys. </p> <p>Every lawyer I have spoken with has told me there is nothing I can do unless he refuses to let me have them back at the end of summer. So I must give him notice of my move and it allows him 90+ days to plot and plan against it.</p> <p>So it loks like I will have to wait and see what he does. I will have to move our household alone, set up a new residence, get a job, and pray to God I get my boys back. Talk to the kids and explain to them what is happening and what MIGHT happen with their dad. They should be in the loop so if the worst does happen, they are kinda expecting it and not scared or believing lies that are told to them. Inform ex of move and wait until he refuses to return the kids. I know this man too well and know what he is going to do. AARRGGHH! I know I must tell him, but I am so afraid I will never get the boys back. I am just venting here, I know what I must do, but it sure doesn't make it any easier. Thanks for listening guys. </p>
