The lower oxygen content is making everything more difficult for her, though, and her body is having to work harder to do everything.</p> <p>She's showing some signs of improvement, and that's a good thing. If she needs help, the ICU is the very best possible place for her to be. The goal is to eventually get out of there, but clocks and calendars don't mean much in the ICU, most of the time. She'll be in ICU tomorrow for sure... and I don't know for how long. She is weak, she hurts everywhere, and breathing is still an effort. Eating... well, she is eating applesauce and that's about all. They brought her some jello and the effort o eat it was too much. She looks so tired.
