Trust me...I'd fight for my beloved pets and I really resent a court official who neglected the evidence provided that could prove the dog's true owner. I mean...really..somehow the original owner obtained brush samples by sneaking into the adopted owner's property to attain such samples to fool the court??? That's basically what would have to have happened in order for the evidence not to be valid.
