<description>&#60;p&#62;This is an easy recipe for French Silk Pie &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Prep time:    34 Minutes&#60;br /&#62;
Chill:            5 to 24 Hours&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Filling:&#60;br /&#62;
in a large mixing bowl beat 3/4 cup sugar and 3/4 butter with an electric mixer on medium speed about 4 minutes or till fluffy.  Stir in one 6-ounce package (1 cup) melted and cooled semisweet chocolate pieces and 1 teaspoon vanilla.  Gradually add 3/4 cup refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed, beating on high speed and scraping sides of bowl constantly till light and fluffy.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Transfer to either baked pie shell or graham cracker pie shell, cover and chill for 5 to 24 hours.  If desired, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.  Serves 10.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Nutrition Facts per serving:  (using a pastry pie shell, sugar, and butter)&#60;br /&#62;

&#60;p&#62;1 pkg. Duncan Hines deep chocolate cake mix&#60;br /&#62;
1 tbsp. cooking oil&#60;br /&#62;
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese&#60;br /&#62;
1/2 c. sugar&#60;br /&#62;
4 eggs&#60;br /&#62;
1 1/2 c. milk&#60;br /&#62;
1 tsp. vanilla&#60;br /&#62;
2 to 2 1/2 c. Cool Whip&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Reserve 1 cup cake mix and set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining cake mix, one egg and 1 tablespoon oil. Press into bottom of a greased 9x13x2 inch pan evenly and 3/4 inch up side.&#60;br /&#62;
In same bowl, blend the cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add remaining eggs and the reserved cupcake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add milk and vanilla, beating on low speed until smooth. Pour into crust and bake at 300 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;When cool, garnish with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate and chopped cherries, if desired.&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;Chocolate cheese cake #1 (10–12 servings)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Bottom:&#60;br /&#62;
6 oz. crumbled chocolate cookies +&#60;br /&#62;
50 g melt butter/shortening mixed together in a dish with high sides&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Filling:&#60;br /&#62;
4 leaves of gelatine +&#60;br /&#62;
1 tbsp boiling water (first let the leaves soak in cold water, squeeze off the extra liquid, melt them in boiling water)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;200 g dark chocolate melt and cooled down&#60;br /&#62;
50 g chopped dark chocolate&#60;br /&#62;
200 g unflavored fromage frais (~ Philadelphia)&#60;br /&#62;
3/4 dl sugar&#60;br /&#62;
1 tsp vanilla sugar&#60;br /&#62;
2 yolks&#60;br /&#62;
Blend all these in.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;2 egg whites + 3/4 dl sugar whipped to hard foam&#60;br /&#62;
2 dl cream whipped&#60;br /&#62;
Add the foams.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Pour the filling over the bottom, cover it  and let it stay in the fridge overnight. Decorate with chocolate and fruit/berries.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;A tip! Add 2-4 tbsp brandy or Kahlua into the filling.&#60;br /&#62;
A tip #2! Use white chocolate  + 2 tbsp citrus liqueur . Remember to double the amount of gelatine leaves.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;PS. I translated this from a Finnish recipe. Be cautious! ;)&#60;/p&#62;
