<description>&#60;p&#62;I just recieved my copy of the Michigan Humane Society newsletter. I have sorted out some of the interesting and important info and thought I would pass it along. (1.) If you have your animals microchipped, remember to keep the information current--if you move and do not update the information, there is no way to contact you should your baby become separated from you. (2.) Did you know that 25 to 30 % of animals in shelters are purebreds? (3.)It is estimated that 1/3 of pets will get lost at some point in their lifetimes? Tags and microchipping will make reuniting them with their owners much quicker! (4.) Christmas cards are available at the MHS--www.michiganhumane.org--for those of you participating in the Christmas card exchange this might be a source for cards--your local humane society or shelter may have a similar program. : )
