Jcat - never saw The Chancer. I think he came to my notice first in Second Sight - the TV series where he was a cop who was going blind. And he is 6ft 2"! That is not short!

Actually we have BBCA channels on most cable/satellite companies. I just don't watch much other then Discovery, History Channel, SoapNet, and some of the local channels.

kk, LOL I used to date a guy that watched nothing but CSpan and I would fall asleep while he was engrossed with that flipping channel.....overpaid blowhards! Sleep well and wake up rested for tomorrow :)

I had my mouth washed out with soap once, can't remember why but it wasn't pleasant but neither was it really bad. But then again I was perverse enough as a kid to have chewed away on the soap just to prove that the punishment didn't bother me, even if it did.

I'm back, got kinda waylaid by the cats wanting supper, plus I've been spitting raspberry-scented bubbles for the last couple of hours, lol.
Clive Owen is six foot two? Really? I'm sure when I last saw him (Elizabeth: Golden Age maybe?) he was standing next to a whole lot of people who were taller than him, including Cate Blanchett, but I could well be making it up... He was good in Children of Men, anyway, that's a cool Clive Owen movie to watch.
What the ** is CSpan?

JCat, I believe C-Span is an all news network. I think. I'm not up on cable/satellite channels. I don't have much in the way of tv channels, in my neck of the woods.
