I am on my way to bed. I have been out of my classroom at meetings for the past 2 days. I hate having a sub in my room--although I love the sub. I just don't like kids thinking that because I am not there the rules go away. I have been in the school every night though and I am happy that all but one class have been on their best behavior. Good decisions have been made by most--I feel sorry for the 4 that made a really bad choice. Be a the truly wonderful person you are N&C and never treat your subs with anything but respect. Many are working to make a living for their families. It is hard having students behave badly.

I was in a class today SM that a sub had been in for before! guess not so good! I ame in teacher rushed in t get me something she forgot way before kids got there! Told me about the other sub and to watch out they might try it on me! haahahahah Not Ange not Ms. B! I came in set the ground rules and went and stuck with it! Only had a few who lost a portion of recess time! The rest were great!

eehehehe possibly! But then I am an old hand! I never let them get the upper hand! But they sure can make a day more frustrating and unpleasant if yuou have to be constantly correting and redirecting behaviors!
