  3. I love owls. (We only have a tiny native one here, called the morepork.) I reckon they look a lot like feathery cats, and cats look a lot like furry owls... Perhaps it's the knowing look...

  5. Everyone is welcome. I thought the owl was cute. It is amazing the way they look. Their feathers look more like fur. We have an owl here but I think it is a barn owl of a sort, probably brown-ish. I heard him in my front yard and in my pasture at times but could never see him.

  7. Huddy's mama, it is a long eared owl native to Europe and Asia and some other places. Maybe you can see it when you get home. :)
