  2. 2b, the 2 hrs of lost sleep would suffice as punishment on this terrible deed! I wouldn't even give it more credence than that, you will not undoubtedly check and double-check things from now on before it gets sent out. Yutz is a good word for that 'gentleman', actually it is one of my favorite words because I can picture different versions of the yutz syndrome and make it fit the situation. {{{hugs}}}

  3. Oh boy, Emma--I fell out of my chair laughing! 2b, all you can do is pray along with us!

  4. Shoot, we all make mistakes. I just wish any of mine were as funny as 2P and Emma's...

  5. I was given my boss's check instead of mine. No biggie. I thought it was funny that I knew how much she made. There were no repercussions of any kind to anyone. Hope the same happens in your case.

  6. 2BP we all make mistakes--although that really doesn't help much I fear. My prayers are that this will work out quickly and quietly. By the way first mistake in 13 years--shoot I can't make it 13 DAYS! without making a mistake!! I'm an English teacher that can't spell--you have no idea the fun that is. My kids laugh because I live with a dictionary next to me in the class. Why? Simple--you can't imagine the parent complaints when the English teacher can't spell! I fully admit to my idiocy.

  7. 2BP, I order you to stop this self flagellation this instant!!! You are HUMAN not robot!! Warm, kind, good, caring. The very things that make you wonderful and what's causing you to care so much about this mistake. And it was just that...a mistake. I'm sorry, mr. president, and mr. tattletale, but sh*t happens. I promise you everyone in your company has made a HUGE blunder themselves at one time or another. If they call you in to dress you down, feel free to ask them that in a most respectful tone..."Sir, haven't *you* ever made a mistake and learned from it? Well, I will be a better employee for having learned this lesson." That should end it. If it doesn't, he's an ass. "Divorce" him in your head.

    You're wonderful. The end.
