   you know how I pulled a leg muscle ( if you don't a pulled a leg muscle lol) on thursday (recovered) now my arm is sore becuase we got our gr.6 shots today!! I got the hepititas b meningetias c and HPV ( servical cancer) owwwwww

   I have to tell you a funny story about 28 years ago my sister had to have a tetanus shot because she had cut herself on a can. we were living together at the time and she got a ball under the skin where she had gotten the shot the next day and her arm was killing her so, She calls our Mom and tells her about the ball My Mom says that it sounds like the medication is stuck under the skin, She tells my sister to have me punch her in the spot to break up the medication... Well I got to punch my sister, I hit her so hard she flew across the kitchen. She started crying! She asked me why I had hit her so hard? I answered " Mom told me to hit you so I knew I'd never hear that again and I wanted it to count!" She was black and blue for a month To this day we still laugh about it!

   NAC, ask your mom to heat a damp towel in the microwave. Then wrap the warm towel in a plastic bag and hold it on your arm where you got your shots. It will help the soreness to go away.

   And no swapping spit.... (yucky!!!)
