  7. My cat Teensie is nicknamed Stinky for this very reason. If you pick him up by grasping around his tummy, it seems to happen.

  8. Chuck toots on me every once in awhile.

  9. HRH Shadz doesn't toot, puff, squeak or thunder(to our knowledge). But I bet she does them anyway. We had a Labrador/Springer Spaniel dog who used to do very high pitched squeakers. She would look at her bo**om and then at us with a very accusatory look on her face as if it had been one of us that did it. As if!

  11. When Rotley was a kitten, my friend Mary Ann brought over this wonderful coconut cream pie that we shared in the kitchen. There was a bit of it left on my plate, and after Mary Ann left, Rotley attacked the remains. All that rich cream was soaked up by one small greedy kitty.

About 15 minutes later, he had snuggled into my arms, cradled like a baby, and his tiny paws kneaded the air as he fell asleep.

Then, what I thought were green fumes emerged from that little kitten's backside. He blinked in shock and uttered one small squeek, and my eyes teared up. I think my eyelashes melted.

Rotley went back to sleep, and I sat there with burning eyes and prayed that my nose would one day recover.

  14. Ohhhhh, the smell of singeing nose hairs! SBD ! We call them SBV(silent but violent). Ditto to LV's LMAO and SNORT! Emma I never cease to admire your outlook on life and sharply honed sense of humour. Probably as sharp as Rotley's wee nuclear cloud, but definitely not nasty like that must have been.
