Hi CM & LK! I'm not on too much today; running a program on my computer that will use most memory so I have to close everything else. As a TDK addict, however, I have to jump in to say hello to my fellow kitty lovers.

CM, my tooth has settled down now and the dentist said we will just keep a watch on it to see if we need to pull the crown and do another root canal.
The left knee is probably at about 98% back to normal. Yay! The problem is that my right leg is aching when I walk. It feels like the muscle behind the knee and makes my leg feel weak. I'm doing exercises for both legs right now and hoping it's just because I was using it so much while the other knee was bothering me.Posted 3 years ago by LadyKat of IA #

That's good news for the knee and tooth! I bet your other leg is bothering you since you had to favor it. Hopefully that will go away soon and you will be back at 100%!

Thanks guys. When she does something, my first thought is to report it to my TDK buddies! She's got an obsession with water; obviously her brother Jiggs came to her and told her how great it is.

Morning, all!
JCat, I feel like that too sometimes, I post and everyone disappears! I think everyone's just busy with morning stuff.
George's latest escapade is grooming hubby by licking his head, and I mean all over his head! Hubby says he thinks he's going to end up bald :O This would be bad, as he has lovely silver hair.
Somehow I have managed to sleep like a log for three nights in a row; this is not usual for me, but I'm sure not complaining.

Hi, Kilroy, GD and Joan! Maybe George is doing his best to nourish hubby's lovely silver hair! GD, my two love watching the rain as well and it is very rainy here at the moment. They prefer to do it in front of the open door but usually I make them go and sit on the verandah! I'm a cruel mummy!

Hey Kilroy, I think my hubby knows how you feel. Jiggs tolerated him, but he only had eyes for his mama. Gotta admit, Jiggs kept me warm at night, lol! Shaddo loved me, but he was a daddy's boy.
CM, have a great adult visit. Get some of that adult-type stuff out of your system - good for the soul!

Jcat, my two would love a verandah to go sit on. If I were a bit more sure about my work situation, I would love to move to a place with a balcony for them to enjoy. Until then, the window will have to suffice.
Kilroy, is there a chance George may not like the scent of a soap, deodorant, perfume or shampoo you use?

That's something I hadn't thought of, GD, but I don't think that's the issue. Mr. K and I use the same soap and I tend to get whatever shampoo is cheap, so it's not just one thing.
I'm pretty sure that George's preference for Mr. K stems from my being so jumpy around him after he started biting me. I've gotten much less jumpy in the past month or so, and right after that was when George starting coming to snuggle with me sometimes. He also hasn't attacked my legs in a while. So I think we just need time to get used to each other. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
