Freecalico, you have to give people a chance to read this second thread that you started. I know that SoxsMom was interested so if you can wait just a bit, this is the weekend and some people don't come on line as much then depends on their homelife and obligations. It was BCAMFLORIDA227 (Terri) who said her brother in Michigan would love to have this cat. I think Terri works on Saturdays and will probably not see this thread until tomorrow.

AZDebra hubby is not ready to have another cat that hasn't been tested negative for FIV and FeLV, he can't do that again. But we do have a loyal TDKer that says her brother wants the kitten. It was posted earlier this afternoon. I don't know why she isn't being contacted. The kitten could have a home in Michigan.

I am a little alarmed at this post. I don't think Operation Roger was meant to transport animals just because you want to get rid of it. If you legitimately have a home in another state that wants to take it fine but how can you request transportation online if you don't even know where it is going? You need to think this through a little clearer. I am uncomfortable with someone jumping into a group and the first post they make is to get rid of a cat. Maybe I am wrong and I don't want to jump to conclusions. Maybe that is the real reason for pet groups - to help out pets but this doesn't seem right to me.

this seems a bit odd to me...have you tried an add in your local paper? I had 2 litter of kittens we happened across 2 winters ago, 1 in my sister back yard and one in the crawl space under our home...now i love all cats to death, but some of these kittens were down right funny looking, i ra an add in our local paper twice, cost me 25 bucks but all 16 kitties found homes with in 2 weeks!

yeah. I have the ad on petclassifieds, kijiji, the local paper, here, and myspace. No home found just yet. I have a few people interested but, I really don't want to ship her anywhere :(
