Last week we went out for breakfast and had a scrambled egg/brie/shaved ham sandwich on a croissant! Yummy. To balance it we had fresh fruit and apple/cinnamon fritters w/raspberry yogurt for dipping.

BTW, JK...I mentioned this on the FFF thread a few months back...I emailed President cheese, telling them that I love their brie and asked for coupons. They sent me a coupon good for any of their products for free!

Come & see the World Cheese Champion for 2010: A Gruyere from Switzerland!
www.uschampioncheese.org It was hosted in WI too! -
Not sure if it is offical or not but I noticed that on the Food Network this weekend and for the upcoming week there seems to be a theme of "cheese" on the shows.
Also, if you are a "person of Walmart" and who isn't? they have a little cookbook (really a bunch of recipe cards made into a cookbook) of just CHEESE recipes. I am going to go back and buy it, the only copy they had at the WM I was at was all dog eared and worn. I have only 6 WM's in my general area to choose from, think I will find another copy.
Anyone tried the new Weight Watchers cheese triangles? They are kinda like Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges only they are cheaper and come in Swiss, Jalepeno (my fav), Cracked Pepper and Garlic. They are a new "addiction" for me! YUMMMY
