  1. Is there a long line of kittens waiting to be posted as Kitten of the Day? I have put in a request a while ago but have not seen my babies up there yet... Does someone pick and choose what ones to put up?

  2. Jess many of us have been through this..and yes KittenMaster can get, if I remember correctly us to 500 submissions a week, and he can only choose 7!! He chooses from size and clearity (sp?) focus..things like that ...

  3. Jess: It's not enough the kitten is cute. The picture much be technically good (big enough resolution, in focus, no colour mistakes etc.).

  4. Mine have never made it and I have been on here for a year (under a different name when I first started). What Miu said about clarity, size, etc is what the Kitten Master looks for. It is what the picture looks like on the receiving end.

  7. Keep submitting photos, Jess. Try to catch your kitten in an interesting pose with a background that doesn't contain a lot of distraction. Look through the photos that Kitten Master has chosen to see the kind of photos he's looking for. Good luck!

  8. Jess, also KM needs to know the "story". So tell him as much as you can that is different about your baby.

  9. Just to reiterate: photos must be in focus and well-lit, that's really it. Also, pictures taken with flash often result in red-eye, and these are generally rejected. Unless the contents of the picture are truly outstanding (and tomorrows is a good example of that), it's all about quality.

  12. Okay, then. Have a nice rest of the night :)

  13. KM, I thought that it also had to be a specific format. Please let me know, I would love to try with my new baby scottish fold.

  14. No, it can be any image format - jpg, gif or png. Jpgs are probably best.
