Miu opens the door and puts lights on. She is immediately surrounded by curious kittens. There are no other humans in the cafe. So Miu starts to feed kittens and makes some coffee. Others will hopefully arrive soon and work up those fantastic treats the cafe is famous of.

Good morning!
On the menu from John's Kitchen!!Fresh squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice (both from the Sunshine State), cranberry juice, coffee (all flavors, roasts, and blends) with the the nummies to add to it, lattes, pancakes (take your choice of type), french toast (both stuffed and unstuffed), bacon, ham, sausage (patties and links and gravy), all kinds of omelets, hashbrowns or american fries, muffins, toast, bagels, omelets (any filling), and of course a dozen at least TDK Employment Agency Kittens. Bog and Clark are standing ready at the worm hole to go and visit Aunties and Uncles! Andy is waiting for Auntie HM and Auntie 2b to come so that he can visit with his cousins.

Ive only had a few sips as its still very hot. I was hyper before I started drinking the coffee *giggles*

Im very good thanks! Arms still a little sore from cat scratches but otherwise im good.
My cats are good too. Kizzie is being a lot more cautious when I wash my face or flush the toilet. Normaly she runs up to see what is going on but she just hangs back a bit. That is fine with me as usualy I have to take her off the sink several times while trying to wash my face or brush my teeth lol.

Morn' Miu, SCG and BCAM and BCAD if John is with us. Chey, I put vanilla extract in my coffee too. I try cinnamon but haven't figured out the best way to add it. I love my coffee HOT. *grazes the table, scooping up some biscuits and sausage gravy and tops with a poached egg, sees the orange juice and finds a place to hang out*

Is there cinnimon extract? Ive seen many different ones in grocery stores. The next best thing i can think of is having a couple cinimon sticks in the cup of coffee and pouring the hot coffee onto the sticks.

With the exception of last night I always seem to end up with a snoozing cat while im on TDK :) Today its Doxie having a snooze beside my computer monitor :)
I think she is thinking of cat treats and other good things :)

good morning !!! since food at the cafe is virtual, and therefore no carbs or calories, send it all over !!! except for any egg or quiche dishes. i hate eggs. but i love bacon. mounds of it. and home fries with butter. and garlic bagels and butter. and chocolate croissants...

Good morning, all! Hi Cheri - how are you feeling? It's so good to have you back with us!
I have a working tv!!!! Old Boss called me last night at work and mentioned wanting to come over with the extra tv he has and hook it up to make sure it works. I freaked out, knowing the state of my house right now!!!! I left work at 9:00, rushed over to walk the dog and then flew home to try to clean up my place. By the time Old Boss came over around 10:15, it looked pretty good. Mi was mad that I threw all the mess in "his" bath tub, though :)
Turns out the tv he gave me, is the exact same one I had already - except that this one works - yay!!!I was up ever half hour to one hour last night because of my fighting boy - I'm SO tired....

Cheri, I think they've been fighting more after Bob's last seizure. It may just be nature telling Milo to pick on a weaker kitty, but Bob seems to have gotten more aggressive, too - only with Milo, though. I'm wondering if Bob's medicine may make him more aggressive and I'm also wondering if maybe Milo can smell the medicine on him and it bothers him. I'm not quite sure. I got some Feliway, but it's all gone now. I think it may have worked a bit, so I'll get some more today and hope for a better night's sleep tonight. -

Morning, all!
YAWN! I was up way too late watching election returns. I need much coffee, and a kitten to snuggle would be nice, too. My orange goofball kept me company last night, at least until he fell asleep. I think he was confused because Mom was up so late, but he didn't seem to mind.

Yes, Cheri. He had the first one in the middle of the night a few months ago and scared the heck out of me. After a trip to an emergency vet, a trip to his regular vet and for me (I got bit) a trip to the doctor, antibiotics and a tetanus shot we got the results back from the blood tests the vet took. Aparently there was nothing in his blood and the vet thought it had probably been an isolated incident. He told me to bring him back immidiately if he had another one. Well, 6 weeks later, he did have another one and I brought him back to the vet. Now they're calling it epilepsy and he's on phenobarbital and has to have a pill every 12 hours. The vet says if he has another one, I should take him to a kitty neurologist to make sure he doesn't have a tumor - he says it's unlikely, though, because Bobby is so young. If he doesn't have another seizure in the next two years or so, the vetr says we can try to wean him off the medicine, but chances are he'll have to keep taking it. It's bad for his liver, so I have to keep taking him for regular blood tests now to check his liver and the phenobarbital level in his blood.
