  1. I haven't been around much the past few days, but I think Anncetera was checking out a possible forever home for both boys...Do we have any news yet?(crossing fingers!)

  2. I'm not sure what post it was on..but Otto and Ellis are back with Anncetera. After seeing the kitties, Anns friend thought only one of the kitties would be able to fit in at the potential new home..Bless Anns heart she could not break up the set!! Both Otto and Ellis came back home with Ann.,..

  4. I agree...I love that Ann is keeping them together. I'm sorry the new home wouldn't work out but we all know how important the right home is to our beloved children. :)

  6. The news is true. The adoptive home would not have suited Ellis very well at all, so I made the decision to bring them both home rather than break them up. They're brothers and best buddies.

I have a good friend who now lives in the Denver area, who inquired after them several days ago. However, she was about to go on a 2-week trip to Patagonia, so I haven't heard back from her. Her family would be nearly ideally suited to Otto and Ellis - especially since they wanted two cats that like one another, and who will keep one another company. I've stayed at her house before, so I know the household would be quite suitable for them, and not a huge adjustment. (Well, they'd have to adjust to less clutter and fewer cats, but I suspect they'd manage somehow.)

I hope to hear more from her after her return; if not, I'll get in touch with her to follow up.

  7. That sounds hopeful Ann! You're wonderful for not separating them..it would be terrific for them to stay together...I hope it's good news all around when your friend returns from her trip.
