    Glad the interview went well.
    When I graduated middle school, my sister got me a hamster. A few weeks later Casey had babies! I was holding her and trying to see why she was behaving so strangely, and she bit me on the nose (still have the scar). Then I freaked when I saw what looked like worms in her nest, then figured it out. Jinx, our elderly cat, let Casey and her babies hang out with her. They literally snuggled on her - I have a priceless photo of it! I kept one baby, my sister took another, and the rest we brought back to the place we originally got the hamster and in return got some free supplies as they didn't know she was preggers!
    One day, a hamster made an escape. The 3 family cats were escorted out of the house, and an all-out search commenced. The hamster was found, in all places, the cat's bed!
    I hope you can get a hamster. Is there a particular one you want? Casey was a champagne colored beauty. Those teddy-bear hamsters are soooo cute. Good luck with both the job and the hamster, Airy!
