I just got the call that I have a second interview for this job tomorrow. It's with the hiring manager so hopefully I make a good impression. I was also told to dress in my best. Pity i did that with the first interview, more wardrobe searching :)
Good thoughts needed, I need to get a paycheck coming in so I can stop living off my NZ money, which at the current exchange rate is pathetic.

The interview went well. The position is good, and pays well. They have some other people to interview and then run it all by their another guy involved in the hiring when he returns next week, but I feel confident. I don't want to jinx it though.
Man I seriously need a pay check coming in, the exchange rate is absolutely terrible at the moment. Really is pretty much on 50cUS to 1$NZ -

Glad to hear it went well Airy. I'll keep on praying for you. I have never been to this many interviews and return interviews. The economy is terrible and I really think this is the reason it is taking so long to just get hired. I have two more interviews tomorrow and won't know about todays unless someone calls. Keep all fingers and toes crossed please everyone. My TDK family will be the first to know about it when I finally get a job! Keep your chin up Airy, we're all wishing the best for you.

I have a quick update then have to go to a birthday party. I was hired yesterday and reported to work at 7:00 this morning. Just got home a little while ago. I had a great and tiring day and would really rather stay home and chat on TDK, but I promised I would go. I'll come back on later if I can keep my eyes open. Still praying for you Airy!
