    Well it seems that the documents for the change of name are sent from church to church in latin! I hope that is normal.
    My name change is due to my father who changed his second name and we all changed it (family issue). He never thought that by doing that he would complicate my catholic documents. The name change is legal but the church must change their documentation.

    This is so frustrating!

    Poor PM!!!! But it can be worked out, I know! This is just what Americans deal with on a daily basis - red tape! But I'm betting that our NY TDKer's will get it straightened out for you.

    Heaven's to Mergatroid (sp?) PM...you poor dear! No doubt this doesn't occur too often with marriages in Spain...Please don't worry..one day you'll look back at this and laugh. What a story for your grandchildren..The Day TDK Stormed New York for Marina's Documents for Marriage! (ok...so the title needs work) LOL! We luv you so much and hate to see you in such a worried state. How are all the other details coming along? Good? Only 6 mos. to go! You and Javier make such a beautiful couple! =D

    Hopefully they can fill me in tomorrow on whether or not they're delaying your paperwork for some reason PM, and if something's missing we can get it sorted out...I should be able to call them around 10:30 NY time, and I'll post as soon as I have some news...! So try not to worry anymore til we get some more news!
