  4. OMG. Basically they say that this video was obtained from surveillance cameras; a much too common sight because of the stray dog population, too many dogs are hit by cars. What is more amazing is the sight of this other dog, seeing the injured animal comes to the rescue at his own risk. Something needs to be done about this overpopulation of dogs.
Sadly nothing is said in the video about the outcome of the injured dog. Sigh!

  6. One has to assume (hope) that the highway worker who responded at the end has done whatever could be done for the injured dog. When something like that is published in the States, donations and help usually rains down. Let's just pray that other nations do the same thing.

  9. I know what you mean Susie, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it; I was just hoping for a simple Spanish translation that I could help with. Sweet dreams top you and me both.

  11. Well Susie , I was never any good at it, even as a child, but I also do find that every year it pains me more; to the point where I really do avoid looking at or reading any such stories ,as it just stays with me and hurts so deeply.

  12. OMG!
I WOULD HAVE NEVER BELIEVED IT!
They just say what an increadible rescue and that this will keep going if something isn't done about stray animals.
Time and time again we can learn from our animals... that dog is a hero..
    *sniffle*

  13. Unbelievable! I looked it up on Youtube, and they said the dogs both survived? (although the news reports are conflicting) ...but if there was ever any doubt that animals have emotions and feelings; this video puts it to rest for me...
