British Wedding - and Aftermath!

  1. Mr Rubia and I went to a wedding yesterday - fantastic day - beautiful wedding and terrific reception with delicious food. Anyway - here is a really lousy picture of us at the reception (I am complete with silly hat!), and then a picture showing what happened after we got home when I laid my silk jacket down on the bed prior to hanging it up!

  2. Ohmigosh I think all of us have been through this. I mean let's face it. Our kitties have good taste. I don't think you look silly at all. As a matter of fact I think you look quite lovely and I agree with Tikka, I love your dress

    Rubia, that's a cute hat! Somehow in the UK people get away with wearing hats and it looks stunning. Here someone would probably throw a net over your head....

  6. I don't think that's a lousy picture of you and hubby at the wedding at all! Cute Hat Dagmar!! Poor Tikka just wanted to go to a wedding too..laying on your lovely silk jacket just made her feel like she had been there too. TeeHee! Lovely Photos!!! =)

  13. Thanks to all of you! I agree - Tikka has very good taste! The colour of the jacket did set off her black fur beautifully! ;-)
    (BTW - I actually meant that the photo of me and Mr Rubia was poor quality. We had to use my phone because I forgot my camera, and the camera in my phone is not very good.)

  18. Yeah, I can relate. My chours did our Christmas concert on Sunday. I very carefully took my black skirt and blouse out of the closet, fluffed them in the dryer to remove any cat hair. I forgot about my overcoat and as soon as I got it near me, my black clothing attracted all the cathair like a moth to a flame! I spent the whole of the pre-concert rehersal trying to pick light colored cat hairs off of the black outfit! Gracie, Emma and Thierry were there in spirit I guess!
