   I have put the Christmas tree today... when I opened the box to see all thedecorations I froze... there on the box were all the hand made decorations Cindy (Rennee) made for me last year. There are candy canes made of beads icicles, a little angel, a cat with marina on it... and on the back it said made by Cindy 2007.

   Just thought I'd share it with all of you... I am a bit in denial of all this, that is why I find it hard to come back and write like I used to... except for the favour of the baptismal papers (God I feel selfish!)... This family means a lot to me...

   Thank you all for your wonderful Christmas cards and for still counting on me even if I am "away"... I am in awe of all the goodwill and generosity...

    Marina...What lovely memory keepsakes of Cindy/Renee now. In time the tears will lessen & the smiles widen for you.

    know what you mean .I sent all of Cindy's handmade decorations to Loretta's and she cried as she hung them as did I when I seen them. so many memories,what do you do

    With memories, you just let them flow. In time, smiles will replace the tears; you'll find yourself saying, "Remember when . . . ? How hard we laughed about that!" Or "How beautiful the sunset was; I'll always remember the color of that sky." And poignant things, like Christmas ornaments, will still bring tears, but joy, too, at having had that special lady in your life. Hugs to you and Loretta. And peace and healing.

    YES, the family here misses you and we all miss Cindy each in our own way
    after feeding the horde I managed to get Cuddles, Minny & JonTom to set in my lap for a few minutes so after my long day I'm of to bed
