We had to leave half the ornaments off but you can't beat a cat up the Christmas tree for the best ornament.

We are having adventures in driving here with below freezing temperatures and icy streets. Makes me nuts since I live on a hill. Getting to work and back is turning into a major challenge!

Is it sad if I'm putting up my tiny tree and decided to forget about ornaments? I raided the basket of cat toys and think I'm just going to use those to decorate. They're going to play with anything in the tree anyways... so why not? Anyone else tried this?

Okay the cards are finished--they will never make it overseas in time!! I am sorry. With the school stuff and then the car it has not gone as planned this year. Perhaps I should learn from this! Do things ever go as planned? My tree gets delivered tomorrow!!! My hubby bought a pinion that we will plant in the back yard right after Christmas. I am looking forward to that--my green stamp on the place so to speak!
