  1. I have another post on here that has explain what has been going on in my life. I'm still trying to raise funds and you can go to http://mscany.chipin.com/vet-expensescat-food to read more on whats going on or make a donation. If you would like to donate straight to the Vets office, that can be done as well. All the info is in the chip-in's page. I know holidays are hard but if anyone can help in any way it would be appreciated. I also want to thank all of you guys that have been here for me during these hard times. A prayer, funding, a quick note, everything you guys have done has been awesome. If you want to know more about what's going on in my life you can read my other post about the three family members I have lost since September. I also posted this in the original thread for Cane Cane so if you see it twice, I'm sorry. Thanks guys...Love ya as always!

Blessing from our house to yours this Holiday season,
    Lynn, Frisk, Fluff and Calico!

A favorite quote of mine that's helped me get through some hard times:
I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life. JOHN 8:12 NIV

  2. Lynn one of the best things I can do is pray. You have my continued prayers for you and your family. I wish that things were better for you.

  3. This is a difficult time for many of us and trying to help others especially during Christmas is pretty well a hopeless effort. There are places in the U.S. that you can apply to get assistance with vet bills. Do a search on the internet. That might help.

  8. Thanks for the prayers and white light, it is very appreciated. Rainingwolf, thanks for the donation, anything helps. Thats one step closer to my goal. I'm having a very difficult time this Holiday season and I'm praying things get better soon. After loosing my Dad, My Brother and My Aunt, I would say things have to get better. It's a SAD Holiday without them. This is also the first Christmas without my Cane Cane. I found his Christmas stocking when I went through the decorations. :( I miss him so much still!

  9. I know you miss Cane, Lynn. Holidays, especially the first ones after you lose someone, are difficult. I like to think about the kitties helping to decorate the Bridge for Christmas; climbing the trees to place strings of light in them. The lights come from the Rainbow, you know.

Just a bit of whimsy that I hope will help you feel better.

  10. Bumping, in hopes that some on TDK chat can help Lynn out. If I get the job I applied for this morning, maybe I can help out, too!

  11. Good Luck on the job Ann and thanks for the bump!! It just happens to be payday!!! It won't be big, but every bit adds up...

  13. 2B, thank you. You are very sweet to help and yes, any lttle bit helps. But, to me, that was more then a little bit. Sometimes I get so tired of struggling but I know things will get better. I thought I was over all this crying but as the Holidays get closer it hurts even more knowing I won't have My Dad, My Brother or My Aunt. There are very few people left in my Family. My one Aunt is disabled due to diabitis, my Mom has to have another back surgery and I'm trying to help me Uncle with my Aunts death. With me being disabled, I'm still the youngest person in my family so I have to be the one to, I guess you could say, take over. I have to make sure my babies and the little bit of family I have left is OK.

The people who are unable to doante, prayers do help. I have my faith and that what keeps me going. I pray for my friends, family and my babies. I also pray for God to give me the strength to make it through these hard times. So far he has listened, he has brought the TDK family into my life, into my family and I thank him for that.

May God Bless you all this Holiday season and for the many years to come!

  14. I hope eveyone had a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Well me and the family made it through the Holiday season but it was hard. I don't want another year like 2008. Loosing my baby Cane Cane, My Dad, My Brother and My Aunt almost pushed me over the edge. It was a joyful day to celebrate the bith of Jesus Christ but it was the first Christmas with out many of the people I loved. So there were tears of Joy and tears of sorrow. My family doesn't have many people left in it and that's sad to know. I'm the youngest and will I be left without all the people I love? I can't predict the future but I'm going to make the most of the family I have left and my babies of course. We may have to struggle but we will make it one way or another. I put my faith in Gods hands and leave my destiny to him. Thanks for all the help you guys have given me. Thanks for the donations, the prayers, the cat food, the love and the support. I'm leaving the chip-in's page open just in case some one else wants to donate anything. I love you all and we (my babies and I) couldn't have made it without you!

Hugs & Purrs from our house to yours and Blessings to you all!

  16. Hi Joan! Yes, 2009 will be a better year for you! And your new little girl will help! My poor little one is hanging in, but looks scruffier every day. Doing my best to keep her comfortable and content. Hard to believe she will be 18 years old this year! Sending Hugs & Purrs your way!

  21. Wanted to say thanks to "T" for the $25 gift card. I went and got the babies some food and treats. Also someone asked her how to contact me. Anyone trying can either click on the chipins page or you can email me at sweetness1763@hotmail.com. Any help will do even if it is a prayer or a blessing. I hope everyone is doing well. I have to go to my cousins to use the computer now so if I don't get back to you right away, that's why. I go there about twice a week, sometimes more. Again, thanks for all the love and support.

Hugs and Purrs from our house to yours!
