Said Mr. Fuzzy Britches is fed and sleeping in his carrier! He loves sleeping in there I just bungee cord thedoor open put blankies inside and he is good! I also added two throws over them to help block out the cold and insulate the heat! Funny part is he still switches between his old baby carrier and his new big boy carrier!

Well, gifts are wrapped and we are getting ready to head to Mom's for Wigilia, the Polish Christmas Eve dinner. It was nice to finally be able to chat with all of you! DW, we should definitely meet for lunch. The Thai restaurant is excellent, or maybe even Abe's hot dogs!
Safe travels and a Merry Christmas to you all. I hope to be able to chat again soon. -
Good morning/evening and Happy Christmas Eve! We slept late so I'm just now getting in gear. Hope everyone is having a great day!

Holiday Cranberry Salad:
(Make this the day before)
1 Lg. Box Strawberry Jello (can use the sugar free)
1 sm. Box Cranberry Jello
3 Cups water
1 lg. can Wholeberry Cranberry sauce
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (in it's own juice, not in syrup)
1 8 oz. pack of softened cream cheese (can use the fat free)
2-3 tablespoons mayo
1/2 cup chopped nuts (I use walnuts)Take cream cheese out of fridge and set on counter so it will be softened for later. Bring 2 cups water to a boil and dissolve both packets of jello in it, stirring well so that they completely dissolve. Then add last cup of water at room temp. Add whole cans of cranberry sauce & pineapple, smashing the cranberry sauce so it mixes in and there are no large chuncks. In a square 8x8 (or 9x9 - whatever you have) pour 1/2 the mixture and cover tightly with foil. Push the other half to the back of the stove and leave it for later. Put in fridge until it gels (I usually do this first thing in the morning, and then by mid afternoon, it's ready). In a mixing bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayo, juice of 1/2 lemon. Blend until smooth and add the chopped nuts. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the jello carefully so it makes a nice even layer. Then pour remaining half of jello over top. Cover tightly with foil and put back in fridge overnight. Serve the next day.
This is my families' favorite side dish at both Thanksgiving and at Christmas. It goes beautifully with just about any meat - turkey, pork, beef, chicken, duck, whatever! I particularly like it because you can use the sugar free jello and the fat free cream cheese and mayo, and it tastes delicious!!!! I call this my guilt-free indulgence!!! There really are very few calories in this!

LV, we gave our alarm clocks a little snack last night so that they wouldn't go off too early. And it's not a gym day, so no hateful 5:00 am alarm!!!!

Hi all! I'm at work from 8 to 1 and it's been a mad house here today. I've been trying to make some calls - need to go see my friend who I'm going to cat-sit for and catch up with some other people. I also got a very upsetting call from one of my best friends this morning. Just trying to get through the day here at the gym and get the heck out of here.

My gym was closed today :-(
