I recently had my kitties given an annual exam.
The Veterinarian weighed the kitty, checked the kitties heartbeat, and did a quick combing for fleas.
The Veterinarian did not:
1. Check kitties temperature
2. Check kitties eyes and noses
3. Did not examine kitties anal area.
The Veterinarian said kitties should lose some weight (I agree) but when I asked for information on a proper kitty diet I was told: "We don't have any of that information here."
The exam on each kitty took less than four minutes. I could have weighed my kitties and checked for fleas at home without paying a Veterinarian to do this.
What does your veterinarian do when examining your kitties? What do you expect your Veterinarian to do?
