Finally got the flipping modem to work but not saying it too loud, otherwise it will hear me. Now its time to take the dau and her pup so she can get his shots and be able to rejoin play groups when she gets back to Texas. Its overcast, cold and gray as heck here, and a whopping 29F right now, supposed to get down to below that this evening....we shall see. So be back a bit later, be safe out there, everyone under the weather, tuck in under warm blankies and relax a bit, the rest enjoy the weekend >^..^<

I have ginger ale--hubby got it for me yesterday. I drank some--not flat and I think that was part of my problem with the soup. Bubbles make make you burp--one step too close for me and the irrated tummy. I have flat ginger ale now. It should work fine. And I ate an egg and piece of toast and it is down! I think I may be returning to normal. Daughter looked a little green. I really don't want her sick. I fed her juice and tucked her back in bed--she protested and then began to snore. Hopefully sleep will help. This all started with hubby and that awful cough!

Good morning all. SM, I am glad you are keeping your foods down. Nothing more frustrating when you want to eat but can't keep it in. Glad to see you here Karenopa! Sounds like you are doing okay. Colonoscopys do not sound like fun. I have a dermatology appt on Monday as my regular doctor said I should get examined since my dad has had melanoma twice now (they got it all). I stupidly agreed to schedule it at 8:15am so that means getting up around 6am to feed my cats and take a shower and get dressed. I am giving myself extra time to get there since I am the first appt of the day. Then I have to run back to my area for my annual OB/GYN appt. I hate that appt and am over due for it. I have always been a very modest person and there is nothing like having your private parts hanging out for others to see. Yucko!

Deb, do you think that a humidifier might help you? You sure have battled with that sinus infection.
My mom had colon cancer and so I have to have five year...err...exams. Colonoscopy's aren't really too bad. It's the prep that will kill you :-)

They have removed several precancerous polyps from me WWM and it runs in my family as well. I wasn't due for another 2 years but I have had some changes and my Dr. wants me scoped. I truly prefer the scope to the alternative!
A humidifier and some Vicks! I love the smell of Vicks and love it in my humidifier.

I put lavander scent in my humidifier, smells wonderful! This has been a lazy day for us (love them, we don't get many!) Hubbs and I rode our bikes down Bayshore to our fav little breakfast "haunt", then back. Have been "playing" on the computer trying to make our website for most of the day. It's fun, but it's hard and frustrating! Wish I wasn't so "tech" challanged!!!! Takes me 25 tries to figure something out, finally get it right, and then be able to save it. Always seems I do something good, then somehow it doesn't save, so I have to go redo it. Two steps forward, one step back! I'm also trying up do some video tours to upload on my website, so of course I do 1000+ retakes. Did't realize how bad I look on camera! I need a facelift before I can show these!!! LOL
