I won't be on long but I thought I'd start the nightshift. I've got some of my brother's to die for clam chowder with lots of crackers and cheese and there is toast if you prefer it. and Some prime rib for sandwhiches made from little rolls. Scrambled eggs for everyone who is tired of rich food.

I'm at my parents house. Mom and my brother took my Dad to the Doctor. They should be back soon then I will disappear for the night. Dad isn't doing good at all. He is quite confused and probably in some stage of dementia. He is weak, also. He was sick all night and really weak we almost carried to the car this morning. He falls easy. I don't know how long Mom can take care of him. It is a worry and of course she doesn't want to think of any alternatives.

Hi CTR! OOOh, I'd love chowder - my throat is a bit bothered today.
I'm off in a few. Going to feed and walk the dogs and I'll hang out with one of them for a bit and then may or may not go sleep at the other dog's house. I'd like to be home to keep an eye on Bobby but he seems okay and I could really use the night of better rest I'll get if I sleep at the dog's house.

CTR, I'm sorry to hear about your Dad. It must be very hard for your mom to make those decisions. I'll be thinking of you and your family.
I actually am having some scrambled eggs for dinner! How funny. Yes, I am sick of all the rich food.
GD, Bobby sounds like he is feeling much better; I'm glad to read it. My vets use the ear thermometers but it must be the special ones.

Hi CTR and GD!
CTR, I am sorry to hear about your dad. My mother had some dementia in the last years of her life and it's difficult. ((sandi))
I will keep your family in my prayers.

So far, still in there. I don't know if you knew but when I went for my ultrasound on Tuesday, the dr told me I was losing amniotic fluid..so he wants me to see him again this coming Tuesday and if he doesn't like the levels, then I will be having her Tuesday..so it's a wait and see game right now.

Nope..no dilation at least since Tuesday. I was supposed to be checked yesterday and when I went into the dr's for my appt, the dr I saw didn't even check me..she measured my stomach and said you look good bye..then out the door. It wasn't my OB, and she was the only Dr. on yesterday but still...so I could be dilated but I don't know. I am having some pains here and there but nothing really significant yet.

Miu, I do have some bacon in the refigerator that has been calling out to me tonight! I think I've convinced myself that I have to wait for breakfast tomorrow.
I wish I had my camera just now; Nora is doing that really cute thing where she sleeps with her paw over her face. Actually I have all 3 right here by me and they are being very good. We'll see how long that lasts.
