  1. On Boxing day I was busy in the kitchen making food for a buffet and had people coming, and Kizzi 'disappeared' ! (still a house -kitten, never been outdoors ) She was last seen being told off on the buffet table, when I smacked my hands and told her to scram!

After 15mins it occured to me I hadn't seen her about, told hubbie, and we both started searching....we looked everywhere....another 15mins later starting to worry and people were due to arrive as well... I started to open the kitchen doors in desperation and even the fridge !!! ANYWAY,pulled open a t-towel drawer and AHHH !!! THERE SHE WAS!!! Amazing, she must of climbed in quickly when I wasn't looking, and I must of turned and closed door without looking!!! She was in there at least 1/2 hour.... all dark and cramped...she is mad... oh well, makes a change from that vase (see caster) click her photo.

  2. ah bless little kizzi!! bet you were starting to freak out, i know i would! when Dixie was a baby my ex called me at work and said, i can't find the kitten. i told him not be be so daft and keep looking, giving him some ideas of places. he called back half an hour later nearly in teas saying i am scared he is in the washing machine which had been on a while!! i dashed home, and after a frantic half hour i picked up the pillows off the bed, to find one was heavy and Dix was asleep inside the pillowcase!!

  3. Silly Kizzi!!! Willow is always sneaking into closets when we aren't looking. I don't know how many times we have closed her up in one and then much later realize that we haven't seen her. You would think that she would learn, but oh no!

  4. I would have freaked out also! Good thing you found her in time. Kittens can get them selves in a lot of trouble, Can't they? Kizzie is such a cute black Domestic Shorthair! Squuuuuuuuuueeeee

  11. ahh Buttercup, the cat looks just like Kizzi. She has a 'best' collar -pink with a heart shaped name tag ready for when she goes out in a month or so.

I saw a collar charm yesterday - do you have them in the USA? This one was a fish bone in red rhinestone lol, really cute! So I bought it! only £1.

  12. Ohmigosh KM Kizzie is a beauty.

I once lost Sophia when I was bringing in groceries. I look high and low for her and eventually found her in my refrigerator eating my pumpkin pie. Good thing I found her when I did or we would have had kitty popsicles I am afraid.

  17. Aw, silly Kizzi! Glad you found her. My Georgie got shut in a closet not too long ago, and never made a sound!

Kizzi is completely, utterly adorable. Sounds like she's being properly spoiled, too (and rightly so).

  18. Yes, she's a good girl really, never once missed her litter tray and we had her at 7 weeks old as she was orphaned...she goes to bed in the kitchen when we go to bed and stays there (i close the door) till we go to her at breakfast time... she's not allowed upstairs, aren't I strict LOL
