Very scary MCW, we're already on January 2nd. Isn't it funny how as a child a year takes an absolute age to come to an end but now that we are grown up(debatable in my case) is just flies by way too quickly.

Dorie, when I quit smoking some years ago I drank water whenever I had THAT urge. It helped me. Do resist the urge to put food in your mouth though as it takes an age to get it off. That's when I put on a lot of weight. So drink, drink, drink water. Baileys does NOT count as water .

Thank you Dorie :) I have till Saturday in here, so I will rest up and still be careful when I go home. It's so hard not to do what you used to do till I am healed.
